RACE DAY INFO... Race is Saturday, Oct. 24 @ 8:30.  Please run during your wave time. 

Parking & Shirt Pickup (please note change):  Please check in & park at Sawnee Mountain Ballpark (3995 Watson Rd., Cumming, GA 30028).  Check in will open at 8:00am.  The ballpark is located right beside Watson Farm (race site).  For your safety, please walk in the grass and not on the road.      NO BUS SHUTTLE.

What To Wear: Proper footwear and anything you don't mind getting dirty and/or wet!! Costumes are encouraged.

What To Bring: There will not be lockers or any other means of storage for valuables, so please leave anything you don't want to risk losing or can't run with, in your vehicle. You might consider bringing a gallon of rinse water and a towel. Most importantly, bring a Smile, Patience, and a Great Attitude because we're all here to have a good time!

Finish Line: In addition to one water station along the course, there will be fruit & water at the finish line, so help yourselves. Also, we will have TIKIZ on-site (they will be leaving at 12:00). Please remember to bring some cash or credit card. They will have snow cones, ice cream, hot chocolate, & coffees. Please try & visit all sponsors on-site.

Obstacles: Please remember that in an attempt to make our course doable for everyone, it is possible to go around most of the obstacles, except for a couple of creek crossings. SAFETY IS OUR PRIMARY CONCERN! BE CAREFUL and use your own judgment at the obstacles. IF YOU HAVE YOUNGER CHILDREN STAY WITH THEM AT ALL TIMES!!! There will be volunteers posted at most obstacles, so if you have any questions or need help please ask them.

COVID CONCERNS: We aren’t requiring mask.  If you decide to wear one, please don’t throw it down on the farm.  Practice social distancing when possible.  And by all means, if you are sick, not feeling well, or think you might have been exposed to Covid please stay home. Under GA law, there is no liability for an injury or death of an individual entering these premises if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of contracting COVID-19.  You are assuming this risk by entering these premises. 

Proceeds: The event will be benefiting Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church.

REMINDERS... • CCS WILL BE HELD RAIN OR SHINE...DELAYS COULD HAPPEN IF THERE ARE THUNDERSTORMS!!! • SELF-TIMED EVENT • NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED! • RUNNERS ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR MEDICAL EXPENSES AS A RESULT OF PARTICIPATING IN CCS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HOSPITALIZATION, AMBULANCE TRANSPORTATION OR PHYSICIAN SERVICES.
